Diagnosing engine bar with pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low you can see the fuel pump "b", low flow / performance is the final reason of the code. |
16909 Possible Causes:
16909 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 16909 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
