Staring in engine system too lean at higher load, bank 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit and evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16901 Possible Causes:
16901 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16901 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
