Accumulated in electronic control units so control unit error programming error It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance and ignition switch run/start position, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
16892 Possible Causes:
16892 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 16892 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
