Staring in engine nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system clutch torque, adaptation at limit or change control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
16869 Possible Causes:
16869 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 16869 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
