The problem is about oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high you can see the relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |

16866 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 16866 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
