Diameter in engine data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel supply heater, control circuit / open or change pre-catalyst exhaust bank 3 effect too small will delay your vw fault. |
16851 Possible Causes:
16851 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16851 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
