This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high you can see the torque management request input signal a, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
16847 Possible Causes:
16847 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 16847 Code
- Inspect all the connections hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
