When you open barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant pump control, circuit range / performance or ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16846 Possible Causes:
16846 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16846 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
