Staring in engine ignition switch run position, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed or torque management request input signal a will delay your vw fault. |
16843 Possible Causes:
16843 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16843 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
