This something to do with the intake camshaft timing power supply, voltage low voltage it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit you can see the ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
16830 Possible Causes:
16830 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16830 Code
- Inspect all the connections pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
