This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of airbag ecu and power supply, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
16820 Possible Causes:
16820 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16820 Code
- Inspect all the connections idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
