When you open glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) and throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected will delay your vw fault. |
16811 Possible Causes:
16811 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16811 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
