Accumulated in electronic control units so engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed and relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
16802 Possible Causes:
16802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16802 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c request b, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
