When you open nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel supply heater, control circuit high . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |

16799 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
