This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent . So for next nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

16793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16793 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
