The problem is about data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal or change nox sensor bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16789 Possible Causes:
16789 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16789 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
