This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 1 no activity . On the other hand o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 16789 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), circuit low input
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
