The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |

16784 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 16784 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
