The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control module, coding fault it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission control unit relay, malfunction or control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors is the final reason of the code. |
16773 Possible Causes:
16773 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16773 Code
- Inspect all the connections crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
