16757 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ also intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |

16757 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16757 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine speed input, circuit error message from engine contr.
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
