16737 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault rough road / acceleration sensor, electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', maximum stop performance or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault.
