The problem is about glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control unit error programming error or change charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ is the final reason of the code. |
16734 Possible Causes:
16734 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
