This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine temperature too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, implausible and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
16731 Possible Causes:
16731 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 16731 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation
