Staring in engine fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses or change supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
16728 Possible Causes:
16728 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 16728 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the airbag control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
