16723 Possible Causes:
16723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 16723 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
