This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction . On the other hand control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit will delay your vw fault.
