Diameter in engine torque management feedback signal "a", high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ecm/pcm power input, signal low also potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting is the final reason of the code. |
16678 Possible Causes:
16678 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16678 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
