This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch run position, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of transmission ecu also intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
16673 Possible Causes:
16673 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 16673 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
