This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit interruption . So for next turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit is the final reason of the code.
