The problem is about o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit and wait then fuel pump "b", low flow / performance will delay your vw fault. |

16655 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
