This something to do with the intake camshaft timing activation starter relay 2, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low you can see the coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

16646 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16646 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
