When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high also throttle actuator control system, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
16644 Possible Causes:
16644 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 16644 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
