16631 Possible Causes:
16631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16631 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
