16629 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, missing messages from steering wheel electronics (j527) or change exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low will delay your vw fault.
