This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck open and fuel pump, mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
16625 Possible Causes:
16625 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16625 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
