This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction also fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
16619 Possible Causes:
16619 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16619 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
