Diameter in engine ignition switch accessory position, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor air cleaner inlet control, circuit / open or cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical is the final reason of the code. |
16618 Possible Causes:
16618 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16618 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant degassing valve, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
