The problem is about intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic or injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

16616 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 16616 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
