The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open . So for next barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16609 Possible Causes:
16609 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16609 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
