16607 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), circuit low input to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground or throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown is the final reason of the code. |
16607 Possible Causes:
16607 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16607 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
