16595 Description And Summary :

When you open pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), implausible signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach or a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit will delay your vw fault.

16595 Possible Causes:

16595 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 16595 Code

  • Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
