16573 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit and wait then ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
16573 Possible Causes:
16573 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16573 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
