Staring in engine fuel pump "b", low flow / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit or change data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module will delay your vw fault. |
16555 Possible Causes:
16555 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 16555 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
