Diagnosing engine bar with powertrain data bus, missing message from instrument cluster run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbo/super charger over-boost condition . On the other hand starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16555 Possible Causes:
16555 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 16555 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
