This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data-bus powertrain, implausible message from engine controller or transmission range display, circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |

16548 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
