The problem is about exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing message from acceleration request or change exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
16545 Possible Causes:
16545 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 16545 Code
- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
