16536 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel pump "b" control, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit and wait then exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean is the final reason of the code. |
16536 Possible Causes:
16536 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 16536 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
