16521 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine please check dtc memory of instrument cluster it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance you can see the malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
16521 Possible Causes:
16521 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16521 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
