Accumulated in electronic control units so oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'h' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

16516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16516 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
