When you open ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed engine torque reduction, open / short to ground and exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 16513 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
