The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic . On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

16511 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 16511 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
