This code were stamped on VW Engine case power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean and ignition coil 'l' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
16510 Possible Causes:
16510 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 16510 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
